1. Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing or using Piggyback Sports (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.




5. Content Ownership and License

• By submitting content, posting messages, and entering your hypothetical bets to the Service, you grant Piggyback Sports a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute such content.  Other users will have the ability to view your upcoming hypothetical bets and hypothetical bet history and performance analysis.




6. User Conduct

• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these TOS. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Piggyback Sports, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service.



7. Access by Minors

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and claim cash prizes at Piggyback Sports.  If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to use the Service.




8. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these TOS or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.



9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Piggyback Sports makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included. Piggyback Sports will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Service.

We do not control the content posted and do not guarantee its accuracy, integrity, or quality. However, we reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove any content at our discretion.




11. Ownership of Messages

• By posting messages or other content on the message board, you grant Piggyback Sports a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content for any purpose. You agree that you will not be compensated for any content you post.



12. Governing Law

• These TOS and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
